Fulfillment Update
EU – Fulfiilment is ongoing, please make sure to verify your address from Matagot. If you do not, it will delay shipping by a couple of weeks and potentially wrong address if you have moved and didn't update your address.
Here is a link to our fulfillment partner in the EU.
If there is an issue for the shipment or needing things to reship, choose "CROWDFUNDING." If there is an issue for spare parts and replacement pieces, choose "SAV - MISSING PIECES."
UK – The pallet shipment is currently on its way to the UK. It is a couple of weeks from being able to be shipped to backers.
Oceania – The games bound for Australia, New Zealand, and other parts of the Oceania are currently at customs in Australia. We should expect shipping to happen in the next few weeks if everything goes according to plan.
USA/Canada/Rest of the World – These countries should all be fulfilled. If this is not the case, and you haven't already contacted us about an issue, please email [email protected].
I will be going to Spiel Essen! We will not have a booth there but I will be meeting with industry partners and scouting out the show. If you are interested in meeting up, please email [email protected].

EU and Oceania Updates, Alternative Way to Rebox Your Game

EU and Oceania Updates
EU
You have seen the emails go out and I know many of you have had issues with filling out your address. We have been talking to our partners at Matagot and they have as of today confirmed that everything should be fixed.
So, everyone look for an email and verify your addresses. If you already did it, and you are unsure, please go verify your address. Games will not ship until your address is confirmed.
Your games will be shipping before the end of August, likely in the next week or two.
Oceania
Your games are currently in transit to the warehouse and you should see fulfillment happening before the end of this month.
Repacking Your Game
We have had a number of people do various unboxing and repacking videos and we appreciate all of them! When we changed the wooden tokens from 3mm to 5mm it caused the box fit to be very tight. They also put an extra cube in most games which also added to the tightness of the game. So, here is another step by step with pictures for repacking your box.
If you don't use a playmat or you store your playmat separately, you can take the token sheets and put them below the main insert to make the game fit tighter. I never even thought of this so shout-out to Bob Hooper from the Board Game Rundown who showed this idea to me!
One of the things you will need to do is make sure you only have 13 cubes of each color. So any extras will be removed from the game, you will only ever need 13 cubes. You really only need 10 cubes of each color as the 13 cubes is for AO, the Automated Opponent. So technically you only need 1 color to have 13 cubes. We gave more so you had the freedom of choice on the colors you want to play.
So, make small packs of 10 cubes of each color instead of 13, and place them into the game. Then take the extras, put them in the bag and place them in the slot on the top left below the guild tokens.
Pay attention for the wooden tokens. Two of the "cubbies" are larger than the others and things will work better if the tokens match this configuration.
This person kept the wooden 1st player marker and the metal 1st player marker, so they opted to put it with their coins. It's your choice what you would like to do. We made the extra so you have a choice on what you would prefer. To make everything sit super flat, we also put one of the bags of cubes in the metal coins slot, specifically the 1s.
Now put the box lid on and as you notice here, the extra height from the token sheets really increases the height of the components so it sits tight and flush with the box lid. If you have a playmat and wish to store it in the box, don't use the token sheets and instead do a tri-fold or an accordian fold on the play mat and place it on top. If you are really worried about creasing, I wouldn't necessarily do that. We have not tested long term storage with the mat like that so we are unsure of the final results of being stored like that for months.

Fulfillment Update, Gencon Location, Share with the World

Fulfillment Update
U.S., the final packages should be going out Wednesday except for the special dice, they will be going out as a separate package at the end of this week.
Canada, you should see more movement next week as you can't see anything until the packages arrive to Canada Post.
E.U., your games are still on the ocean. Fulfillment is still set to start in August.
Australia/Oceania your games are currently on the boat heading towards Australia.
Wooden Boxes for the E.U. and the rest of the world are being shipped out next week. Those should arrive before your games do in the E.U.

Emails going out, Quick Updates

Emails Are Going Out!
In North America, you should be seeing an email that went out in the last day or two. It is asking you to verify your information, address, etc. Please find it and fill out the info. If you can't find it, please post a message on this update or email [email protected]. He will take care of you but please go take a look! Check your spam and check your folders. We have been receving confirmations from a number of backers that they have received the email.
Quick Update for Australia and Oceania
We have had confirmation that your shipment is loaded onto the boat and it will be ready for fulfillment in August. You will likely be entering into fulfillment at a similar time frame as Europe. We will keep you advised as we get closer to August.

Update on Shipping/Origins, Boxing Your Game, and Gen Con

Shipping Updates
Thank you for your patience as we get back into the rhythm of work after being at Origins Game Fair last weekend.
So, here are the updates of what shipments are doing:
North America - The Kickstarter shipment arrived at the warehouse Monday. The day after Origins Game Fair. AAAARRRRRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!! For those who wanted to pick up your copy at Origins, I am sorry. We tried our best, we were told it would arrive, lined everything up by sending Ed, my brother from the Midwest, to Florida to get a truck and be ready for pickup. He spent a few days there trying to coordinate what was happening and it didn't happen. We are heartbroken we couldn't give them to you at the convention. We love meeting backers and it was great seeing you at the convention though, and we hope you will stop by and see us at the different conventions throughout the year.
That being said, all of the backers who wanted to pick-up at Origins, you are being re-inserted into fulfillment because we have been told that fulfillment will start July 7th!
That's right! Fulfillment for North America will commence July 7th. I would expect your packages to start arriving 2-4 weeks from July 7th. The time is upon us and we are hyped for you to get your pledges!
Europe - I can confirm that the European shipment is on the water and it is making its way to you. However, due to certain conflicts in the Red Sea, it is going to take longer than expected. It is set to arrive sometime in August. We will have more details as we know more and get closer to August.
Australia and Oceania - Your shipment is being processed and loaded onto a boat. We will know more in a few weeks.
Rest of World - For much of Asia, you should have received or are in the process of receiving your games as of right now. I know they have already started to arrive with at least a few people.
Boxing Up Your Game
We have had a question or two about putting away the game. So, we took some pictures of how we would recommend doing it, though there are a few different ways.
#1 Place the player boards, Season Tracker, 1st player coin, guild tokens, player tokens, and trade upgrades in the box.
#2 Place the main board, other upgrade tokens, solo tokens, and cards into the insert.
#3 Add in your cubes in either one bag or separate bags into the side and I like to keep the paper the game comes with and place it over the top of the main board. It is not necessary, but I feel it will help keep my main board from getting potentially scratched.
#4 Take the trays and place them on top. Fill them with the resources for use later and split the dice between the 2 trays. You will then place the long upgrade tokens over the dice as shown in the next image. If you have trouble getting the dice out, there is a ramp on the side you can push the dice in order to pop them up out of the tray.
#5 Place the lids onto the trays to keep everything in the trays together.
#6 Place the large overtray lid over the top of everything. This will help keep everything tighter and together.
#7 Place both rulebooks on top. One is for the game as a whole and the other is specifically for the solo mode. I personally prefer the Badger so he goes on top!
#8 Place the lid onto your game and you are done! Note, it is fairly difficult to get a "box fart" from this game due to its thicker cardboard and tight inserts. However, if you can get one, please send a video to [email protected]!
